  • If I am unsure of which treatment is suitable for me, are your team on hand to help advise?

    We certainly are! We are just a phone call or email away to help advise on the best treatment to meet your needs and answer any questions.Our full-time receptionist is very friendly and informative, but if she is unable to answer a question, a therapist will reply back to you as soon as possible.

  • Is it possible for me to book a treatment over the phone?

  • Do you have a cancellation policy?

    We aim to accommodate and fulfil everyone's booking requirements. This is why we do have a cancellation policy and ask wherever possible for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to be able to offer the availability to someone else.

  • Are there any treatments which are not suitable for me if I am pregnant?

    Actually, not many! We are able to adapt most of our treatments to meet the needs of Mums to be'. It is recommended to avoid some treatments during the first trimester or if you are classed as high risk from your midwife, then doctors’ permission maybe needed. We offer ‘Mum to be’ massages and specific products save for expecting mums in all treatments.

  • How long do lash and brow treatments last for?

    This can depend on the treatment, the individual and a little on homecare.Lash and brow tints and treatments usually last between four and six weeks. We explain homecare advise specific to your treatment to help maintain the results.

  • Is there anything I need to prepare for before my skin treatments?

    Please complete the skincare consultation form prior to treatment and let us know if you have received any injectable treatments within three weeks of your appointment. Otherwise, just be prepared to relax and let us do the rest!

  • How do I know which skin treatment is right for me?
